What it does
Every anti-aging treatment at The Heal starts with this same custom design step. A single 3D Meta-Vu capture records the whole face — skin condition, contour and volume — and from that scan, the dermatologist proposes a combination matched to what is actually found at each depth: Ultherapy Prime for the SMAS layer, Thermage FLX for the dermis, Sofwave or Titanium for fine lines, and boosters for overall skin quality.
How it is planned here
The process follows five steps in sequence: skin analysis with 3D Meta-Vu and Mark-Vu; a solution proposed based on that analysis together with your face shape and preferences; precise treatment that follows the resulting custom design; genuine devices, genuine tips and the shot count agreed beforehand; and finally, personal customisation — each face is treated with its own set of devices, in its own private room within the clinic's single-room anti-aging centre.
What to expect
Any redness settles on the same day as treatment. The two results build on different timelines — Thermage over two to six months, Ultherapy over two to three — and together they are typically maintained for a year or more.
Questions
Can I do everything in one visit?
Usually yes. Ultherapy and Thermage can be done on the same day; boosters are placed the same day or at a follow-up.
Is the combination always necessary?
No. The clinic's promise is no excessive treatment. If the scan shows one layer needs work, you are offered one device.
Do I get the scan images?
Yes. The Meta-Vu analysis is reviewed with you at consultation and again at follow-up.
I have never had a lifting treatment. Where do I start?
With a consultation and a 3D Meta-Vu scan, not with a device. The dermatologist shows you on screen where your face has lost volume and where the skin has loosened, then explains which single treatment, if any, would change what you see. Many first-time patients leave with one treatment, not a package.
Does lifting hurt, and will I look different the next day?
Numbing cream is applied for 20 to 30 minutes first. Ultrasound treatments feel like brief deep heat; radiofrequency feels like warm pulses. Most patients go to dinner the same evening with no visible sign of treatment. Any mild redness is gone within hours.
How long before I see a result, and how long does it last?
Some tightening is visible early, but the main result builds as new collagen forms over two to three months. One treatment typically holds for a year or more, after which it is repeated as the face requires.
Can I do it on the day of my consultation?
Yes for Ultherapy, Thermage, Sofwave, Xerf and ONDA. Allow about two hours including the scan, numbing and treatment.
What does it cost?
Prices are published on this site in Korean won and depend on the shot count, which is decided from the scan. Ultherapy Prime starts at ₩450,000 per 100 shots and Thermage FLX at ₩1,450,000 per 300 shots. Cosmetic treatment carries 10% VAT.
