What it does
These injections work by breaking down fat cells within a targeted area, which the body then clears naturally over the following weeks. Placed under the chin, they sharpen the jawline without any surgical step; used on the body, they reduce the kind of stubborn fat pockets that don't respond to diet alone.
How it is planned here
At consultation, the dermatologist first determines whether the fullness in question is actually fat, muscle bulk, or loose skin — since each calls for a different tool, whether that's injection, ONDA, or Botox. A typical course runs two to three sessions, spaced two to four weeks apart.
What to expect
Swelling usually lasts three to five days, with occasional bruising. The visible result develops gradually over four to six weeks.

Is it the same as Kybella?
The principle is the same: a lipolytic injection. The products used here are Violet and Bellacholine.

Can I combine it with ONDA?
Yes. ONDA and injections are often staged for the lower face.
Is Botox safe for a first-time patient?
Botulinum toxin has decades of safety data and is the most common aesthetic treatment in the world. The dermatologist uses the minimum effective dose placed by your own muscle pattern, so the result is natural rather than frozen.
Botox or filler: what is the difference?
Botox relaxes a muscle (wrinkles from expression, a square jaw); filler adds volume (folds, lips, chin, under-eye hollows). They solve different problems and are often combined.
Korean, Xeomin or Allergan: which should I choose?
All three are approved and effective. Imported brands have the longer international record; Korean toxin is the most economical. The dermatologist advises at consultation and the price difference is published on this site.
What if I do not like the result?
Botox wears off over three to four months. Hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved with Hyalase (₩150,000 per area) within days if needed.
Can I fly home the same day?
Yes. Avoid alcohol, saunas and strenuous exercise for 24 hours, and do not press on treated areas.
