Who it suits
- Forehead lines, frown lines and crow's feetWrinkle Botox is mapped to the patient's own muscle anatomy.
- A squared jawline caused by an enlarged masseterJaw Botox narrows the jaw outline over roughly two months.
- Enlarged pores and uneven skin textureMicro-dosed dermotoxin injections delivered across the skin surface.

What it does
Botulinum toxin works by relaxing the specific muscle into which it is injected. Placed in expression muscles it eases wrinkles; injected into the masseter it narrows the jaw; used on the trapezius or calves it reduces bulk in those areas; placed in the underarms it reduces sweating; and when diluted and introduced into the skin itself as skin botox, it refines texture and minimizes the appearance of pores. Korean (Liztox), Xeomin, and Allergan formulations are all stocked, each on its own price schedule.
How it is planned here
Rather than following a fixed template, the dermatologist maps injection points to each patient's individual muscle pattern and applies the minimum dose needed for a natural-looking result. Dermotoxin is frequently layered into a lifting or skin-booster programme as a finishing step for the skin surface.
What to expect
Results from wrinkle Botox typically appear within three to seven days and remain for three to four months. Jaw-slimming effects develop more gradually, becoming visible over four to eight weeks and lasting approximately six months.
Questions
Domestic or imported?
Both are approved and effective. Imported brands have the longer international record; the dermatologist advises which suits you.
Will my face look frozen?
Not at the doses used here. The clinic's promise is natural treatment, not over-treatment.
Downtime?
None.
Is Botox safe for a first-time patient?
Botulinum toxin has decades of safety data and is the most common aesthetic treatment in the world. The dermatologist uses the minimum effective dose placed by your own muscle pattern, so the result is natural rather than frozen.
Botox or filler: what is the difference?
Botox relaxes a muscle (wrinkles from expression, a square jaw); filler adds volume (folds, lips, chin, under-eye hollows). They solve different problems and are often combined.
Korean, Xeomin or Allergan: which should I choose?
All three are approved and effective. Imported brands have the longer international record; Korean toxin is the most economical. The dermatologist advises at consultation and the price difference is published on this site.
What if I do not like the result?
Botox wears off over three to four months. Hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved with Hyalase (₩150,000 per area) within days if needed.
Can I fly home the same day?
Yes. Avoid alcohol, saunas and strenuous exercise for 24 hours, and do not press on treated areas.
