Who it suits
- Hollow temples or cheeks needing volume that builds graduallyCollagen forms around the product's porous microspheres over time.
- Patients drawn to a Sculptra-type result at a different price pointSame stimulator family, with smoother handling during injection.
- Fine wrinkles paired with mild volume lossCan be placed closer to the surface than Sculptra typically allows.

What it does
AestheFill is built from poly-D,L-lactic acid (PDLLA) microspheres, and the key difference from a solid-sphere stimulator is that these spheres are porous. That porosity lets fibroblasts grow inside the spheres as well as around them, producing more even collagen formation and a lower tendency toward nodules. Over roughly 18 months the spheres fully dissolve, leaving behind only the new collagen they stimulated.
How it is planned here
Injection depth and placement are set region by region using the Meta-Vu volume map, targeting the deep dermis or subcutaneous plane as appropriate. It's frequently paired with Juvelook at the skin's surface layer so the two products address different depths in the same visit. The product is reconstituted on the day of treatment, and massage follows the injection.
What to expect
Expect mild swelling for two to three days after injection. Visible volume and firmness develop gradually over four to eight weeks, typically across two to three sessions spaced a month apart, with the overall result lasting a year or more.
Questions
AestheFill or Juvelook?
Same polymer family. Juvelook's smaller particles treat the skin surface (pores, texture); AestheFill's larger spheres build volume. The two are often used together.
Does it hurt?
Lidocaine is mixed into the suspension and numbing cream is applied; the injection is well tolerated.
Downtime?
Two to three days of mild swelling.
What is a skin booster, in plain terms?
A series of tiny injections just under the skin that improve its quality: hydration, smoothness, firmness, pores. It is not a filler, so it does not change your shape; it changes how the skin itself looks and feels.
Which booster is right for me?
That is decided by zone from the Mark-Vu skin analysis, not by brand. Thin, dehydrated skin needs a repair booster such as Rejuran; pores and texture need a collagen stimulator such as Juvelook; deflated areas need a volume stimulator such as Sculptra. Many plans use two products in different zones.
Will people be able to tell I had something done?
Small bumps at the injection points are visible for one to three days and are easily covered with makeup. There is no change in your features.
How many sessions do I need?
Hydrating boosters: three sessions a month apart, then maintenance twice a year. Collagen stimulators: two to three sessions, with the result building over two to three months. A single session still gives a visible improvement.
Is the product genuine?
Yes. The clinic uses only authenticated original vials and shows you the product before injection. The amount agreed at consultation is the amount injected.
